Heelys
Heelys shoes look like normal shoes but have little wheels fitted in the bottom so can be walked in and also skated in, this could work well as a viral using a business man using these on his normal commute to work!
Parkour
Parkour or free running is the art of moving. It is a physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment. this as taken off in a big way in the last few years and was even used in the james bond film Casino Royale. this could be used well in an ad for staying young.
Old Action Heros
Recently the old action heros from comic books have been made into high budget films and have become a huge success, quite a difference from the originals though!
David Brent Dancing
The David brent character from the Office is a classic case of the mid life crisis, this scene being one of the most famous scenes from the show. It was even picked up and taken the mick out of on Bo Selecta.
